Manage supply chain including demand planning/ stock management, campaign promotion management and monitoring, run business analytics & amp; suggest solutions, ensure operation performance is up to KPI set and prepare required reports/ post-mortem/ billings.
Maintain close relationships with clients and strategic partners. Ensure clients issues are addressed and fixed in a timely manner. Monthly meeting & amp; daily communication with clients and platform PIC is necessary.
Manage marketing planning and execution by employing business analytics to recommend and execute marketing strategy for clients assigned to complement to client’s overall business planning.
Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on weekly or monthly basis.
Maintain master product list accuracy and process billings such as statement, claim invoices efficiently on a timely manner.
Make sure stock allocation/ demand planning for campaign is properly plan and carried out. Conduct stock take and reconcile inventory reports.
Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce/ Business Administration Management/ Marketing/ Finance is preferred.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in eCommerce Compulsory criteria in eCommerce knowledge.
Experience in account management, retail procurement or project management in the fields of e-commerce advertising will be an added advantage Experience in eCommerce, sales, consultation and/or digital marketing is a major advantage, more so as an online seller.
Experience with online marketing/ merchandising and or campaign planning is a plus.
Fluent and proficient in English language, Mandarin will be an added advantage
Maintain billing such as master billing compilation, invoicing, credit note, payment reconciliation for B2B business.
Monitor platform orders creation, order flows to detect any technical issues such as syncing failure.
Assist warehouse operation to monitor 3rd party logistic service provider pick-up is on timely manner.
Assist in inventory management such as involve in return management, manual order processing, stock take process, compilation of stock take reports and inventory housekeeping.
Communicate internally and externally to ensure optimal fulfillment performances.
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/ STPM/” A” Level/ Pre-U/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Supply Chain/ Logistic Warehouse Management.
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems relating to internet, E-commerce channels, mobile apps and digital ads platform.
Solution oriented, analytical and attention to detail, able to work independently and as a group in a fast pace environment
Experience in E-Commerce marketplace channels/ Supply Chain/ Retail/ Logistic Management will be a plus. Fresh graduate is most welcome!
